Topics included navigating change, shaping leadership, and steps to make the impossible possible in Patient Access. Vyne Medical contributed to these conversations by co-presenting during a session on the “Evolution of the Patient Access Contact Center” alongside Patti Consolver, Senior Director of Patient Access at Texas Health Resources. The session shared insights from health systems, like Texas Health Resources, with sophisticated contact centers built for fast, flexible responses to consumer needs.
