This privacy policy applies to information collected by or on behalf of The White Stone Group, LLC doing business as Vyne Medical (“Vyne Medical”, “we”, “us”), including but not limited to personal information collected through our website www.vynemedical.com and mobile versions of our website (collectively, the “Site”), by phone, our chat and technical support features, or anywhere else we display this privacy policy (collectively, with the Site referred to as the “Platforms”). This policy discloses our privacy practices and will notify you of the following:

  • What personal information is collected from you through the Platforms, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

  • The security procedures in place to protect your information.
  • How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

We maintain reasonable and appropriate safeguards to help protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.  However, the security of information transmitted over the Internet is never 100% guaranteed, and we suggest that you also take steps to help protect the confidentiality of your information across the Internet.

“Do Not Track” Signals

Some websites have “do not track” features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. The Site does not currently respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals.

We may provide links on the Site to third-party websites we think may be of interest to you, including plug-ins that link to social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.  Please be aware that these websites are independent from Vyne Medical, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such other sites or platforms. Therefore, we encourage our users to be aware when they leave the Site and to read the privacy policies of any other website you visit.

International Users

Vyne Medical and its affiliated companies are based in the United States. Our services and the Site are not targeted at individuals outside the United States. If you are visiting the Site from outside the United States and provided us with personal information, please note that your information may accessed or transferred, stored and processed by Vyne Medical or its affiliated companies in the United States. The data protection or privacy laws in the United States may be different than those in your country. By doing business with or interacting with Vyne Medical or our Site or Platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the transfer of your personal information to facilities located in the United States and understand that such information will be stored and processed in accordance with this privacy policy and the laws of the United States.

California Users

The California Privacy Protection Act (the “CCPA”) provides certain privacy rights to California residents with regard to their personal information.  Businesses that collect or process the personal information of California residents and meet certain thresholds are subject to the CCPA.  Although Vyne and its affiliated companies do not meet the thresholds to trigger the CCPA with regard to personal information we collect through the Platforms, we understand your concerns about the privacy of your information and are committed to protecting your information as described in this privacy policy

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. Should we learn that someone under the age of 13 has provided any personal information to or on the Site, we will remove that information as soon as possible.

Updates

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time and may apply changes to previously collected information, as permitted by applicable law. Any updates to this privacy policy will be posted on the Site and we will indicate the last updated date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platforms means you accept those changes as of the posted updated date.
